How this website handles your information

Summary
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded content from other companies, and it has no account or login. The contact form does not send anything to our servers: it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us.
Information we receive
- Emails you send us. If you write to contact@opcodetech.in, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use this only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about.
- Technical logs. The company that hosts this website may record standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of any business relationship that follows, and then delete it. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run our email and website, and where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a grievance. Write to contact@opcodetech.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Our software and services
This policy covers this website only. Patient and business data processed in our hospital software, or seen during a security assessment, is handled under the written agreement with each client.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
